14 DAY TRIAL // Season 3 of “Walking Dead” has just wrapped and, according to critics, it was a bit of a letdown, in that it failed to live up to the expectations previous episodes had helped build.
My intention is not to ruin the finale for those who are yet to see it, so I will include *no spoilers here.
However, I will note that several major reviewers, including Entertainment Weekly and Forbes, admit to feeling disappointed at how producers chose to end this chapter in the hit zombie series.
It was good but not good enough – certainly not good enough for the hype that preceded it.
EW calls every season finale a business decision as much as a creative one, saying that, in this particular case, the business aspect came at the cost of the creative one.
