The organization wants to stop people from treating baby tigers as pets

After the Ohio authorities solved a crisis situation involving rare animals using their pistols, the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) decided to stop people from keeping tigers as pets.

The great paradox is that, despite the fact that every manual would call tigers “wild animals,” there are more such creatures living in captivity - about 5,000 - than in their natural habitat (approximately 3,200).

Because some states don't have specific laws on tigers, selling such animals on the black market has turned out to be a profitable business.

WWF's initiative is highly valued by environmental organizations, since poachers have already managed to cause the extinction of other magnificent species which can now be found only as trophies, in personal collections.
