A new trend in the world of sports is that every team should have a cell phone bearing its trademarks. Not long ago, we were talking about Real Madrid's Siemens. Now, another team that made history, but lately is more interested in phones than in performances is: Ferrari.

There is already a series of electronic products that bear its signature or should I say the "hoof" of the pranced horse. Laptops, digital cameras and MP3 players, all of them have passed through Ferrari's paddocks, have been dyed red and became a little snobbish. Now, it's Sharp's 902 turn to go through the same experience. The interface has been specifically modified to outline the phone's place in the Ferrari family. In this way, the fans and lucky users who get their hands on such a phone will have access to a unique content, and among the personalized functions we mention 3D games, video clips, screensavers, wallpapers and ring tones.

The phone will be available world wide starting with this month and will be distributed in the Vodafone network. Because the number of manufactured terminals is very small, the phone is announced as a collector's item.

The number one pilot from Ferrari, has declared that "the phone bearing the signs of the club it's a must for true Ferrari fans and through the Vodafone live! services they can keep in touch with the team and can get complete information from the Scuderia Ferrari.
