At the crossroads between fashion and technology there's the Mechapolypse project. The brainchild of London-based designer Nange Magro, it's actually a dress that can shape-shift and light up through mind control.

It might sound like something out of a sci-fi film, and you're probably right to think of it that way.

Magro says the dress is the concrete result of his love of technology and the surreal side of life.

It's also an example of what the human mind can come up with if allowed to “roam” freely.

The dress shape-shifts and lights up depending on the levels of concentration in the human mind. Through focus, it can be made to move, as the video above will show.

Check it out. You won't be sorry.
