A few days ago, Seagal was in the country on an official diplomatic visit with a Congressional delegation and, during one meeting, this happened.
The video is called “Steven Seagal Epileptic Seizure” and that really explains it all. You can’t call that dancing – and especially not if you compare it to the graceful moves performed by his female partner, who, by the way, couldn’t get back in line quick enough.
“I love the dance,” the actor said after this impromptu performance.
“I think this is my favorite dancing in the world,” he added.
The video below confirms that the dance was spontaneous because, just minutes later, Seagal was on the sides, applauding.
