Darren Aronofsky’s concept is just as chilling no matter how you present it

Over a decade ago, Darren Aronofsky came out with a very small yet very bold film: “Requiem for a Dream,” a story of addiction, loneliness and desperation. Above is a way to revisit that.

Those who have not seen the original film will most likely not be able to appreciate today’s viral video.

Those who did, though, will probably admit that this is just as creepier as the film, even though made with muppets and condensed in just 60 seconds.

Whether that’s because the memory of “Requiem” is still as painfully present as it was after the release, or because the viral is truly creepy, it’s up to you to decide.

Check it out – and make sure to let us know what you make of it in the comments section below.
