14 DAY TRIAL // Earvin “E.J.” Johnson III, Magic Johnson’s son, is gay and proud. Paparazzi caught up with the 20-year-old the other night, as he walked down Sunset Strip hand in hand with an unidentified man.
The same paparazzi (TMZ) claim that the man was E.J.’s boyfriend and that this was his coming out publicly.
In a statement to the same media outlet, the former basketball pro confirms that E.J. is gay, adding, “Cookie and I love EJ and support him in every way. We're very proud of him.”
E.J. and his dad are very close, which is also obvious from their respective Twitter feeds, the same e-zine notes.
