It’s called “Jim Carrey Smokes Crack at a Willie Concert” but, clearly, there’s no crack smoking involved, if only for the reason that Carrey wasn’t even there.
“Some rally thing for current Hawaii Governor. Couldn't help but turn the camera,” the person who posted the video on YouTube writes in the description.
Perhaps even more hilarious than this guy’s crazy dance is the fact that no one around him seems to be having any fun. How dare he come to a concert and actually enjoy himself, right?!
