The guy who wrote Rebecca Black’s “Friday” is back and he’s worse than ever

The day will come when we will look back on Rebecca Black’s “Friday” viral sensation and think of it in terms of perfection, both lyrically and musically. Just check out the video above if you have a hard time believing me.

Patrice Wilson, the head of the talent agency who launched Black and who wrote the lyrics to the “Friday” song, is back with a fresh “talent” and a song that puts Rebecca’s hit to shame.

It is called “Chinese Food” and it’s sung by Alison Gold. She might not be as musically challenged as Rebecca but, honestly, her song is far worse and far more annoying.

“Chinese Food” has only about 800,000 hits on YouTube so far, so there’s still hope for humanity.

In other earth-shattering news, Mr. Wilson can find beauty in the most mundane things, from the joy of realizing it’s Friday morning to one’s love of Chinese food.

I would say “enjoy,” but I don’t see how this could ever happen.
