“Furious 7” is still killing competition at the box office, but the pain of losing Walker isn’t going away for fans

“Furious 7,” the most recent installment in the “Fast & Furious” franchise, also happens to be Paul Walker’s final movie. The actor died in November 2013, during a break from shooting, in a one-car accident that also took the life of his best friend and business partner.

After some (expected) delay, the movie came out earlier this month, and as of the time of writing, it’s still the ruling king of the box office, both in domestic and international markets.

Fans have already had a massive dose of heartbreak with the film, which included a beautiful tribute to the late actor, which you will find embedded below. It leaked online within hours of the film’s official release - and you can see some choice reactions to it in the tweets below.

A photo has gone viral, proving that fans’ heartbreak is still as painful, even though most have already seen the film at least once: it was posted to Facebook by Jeffery Raymond Frohlich, who is probably a fan of the franchise, with the caption “How many will share for paul walker...”

Ironically, Jeffery had been complaining that his statuses never get any likes. This one did, by the thousands: you can see the photo above and will understand why.

As of the time of writing, the pic has almost 65,000 likes and 487,000 shares, and it’s already being picked up by major media outlets, while being embraced by fans worldwide. Again, if you see it in full, you will understand.
