The new LCD monitors coming from Viewsonic are available in diagonal sizes varying from 17-inch to 22-inch and that results in a model to suit all types of customers and needs. Versatility was never a strong point for the blazing fast Viewsonic panels, but it seems that the company gave this idea a second thought.

There are 10 new monitors coming from Viewsonic and they cover all shapes and sizes possible from the "stretched" 16:10 to the more traditional 4:3 and 5:4. Potential buyers will have the option of choosing from analog or digital inputs. Some of the models will carry an integrated sound system. Rumors regarding the producer of the panels said that the new VG series will be powered by Au Optronics. The manufacturer did not comment on that story, nor did it release any information regarding the actual launch date.

All of the LCDS will feature an "unequivocally stylish, slim-bezel design" stated ViewSonic about its future LCDs. All 17-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch and 22-inch models will all be available for the customers at the same time with no delays to be expected. VG series sells pretty well (about 25% of Viewsonic's total sells) but with the launch of this new product, the VG line should increase its quota.

"The VG series of LCD monitors has attracted millions of users worldwide and has become a vital part of ViewSonic's global success story," says Span Spinner Richard Millar, the regional director for the UK and Ireland. He also stated that line should "significantly enhance the spectrum of VG monitor users - from the traditional graphics enthusiast to all business users."
