The line of products that Viewsonic will be showcasing at the Consumer Electronics Show includes all-in-one desktops, three ViewBook and one ViewBook Pro laptops, portable media players and eco-friendly monitors. The company has been focusing on everything from enhanced enjoyment to green computing, and the PC Mini product line is especially adept at both saving power and saving space. While the company will be showcasing multiple models, the PC Mini VOT125 is the main highlight.

The new systems that ViewSonic is demonstrating are the VOT125, VOT132, VOT530 and VOT550 PC Mini computers. These products are set to run the Windows 7 Home Premium operating system and are designed with Intel central processors. In addition, they are made small in size, intended to be mounted behind the display so that virtually no space is taken up.

The VOT132 PC Mini is powered by the NVIDIA ION graphics chipset. This platform is complemented by the computing capabilities of the Intel Atom 330 1.6GHz central processing unit. In addition, the system has 2GB of DDR2 memory, 320GB SATA storage and an eco-friendly design, which uses up to 80% less energy and 45% less plastic.

The VOT530 and VOT550 PC Mini systems employ the Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 processor at 2.2GHz, instead of the Atom 330 chip. Like the other systems, they both run Windows 7 and have as main distinctive features the differing storage capacities and RAM. The former utilizes 320GB of storage and 2GB of memory, whereas the latter has 4GB of memory and 500GB of storage space.

The VOT125 PC Mini ULV system is the star of this line and is equipped with one Intel Single Core SU743 processor, the Dual Core SU2300 Celeron, a Pentium SU4100 or a Core 2 Duo SU7300 chip. The device has 2GB of internal memory, a 160GB hard drive, four USB 2.0 ports, DVI-I and HDMI outputs and even a 3-in-1 card reader.

The VOT125 PC Mini will become available in March and will have an MSRP ranging between $499 and $679, depending on the chosen processor. Full information on each of the systems may be read directly on ViewSonic's website.
