Vietnam is again the source of an Apple leak, although this time around the update isn’t as major. We’re talking about Tinhte.com’s latest acquisition – a beefed-up 13-inch, polycarbonate, unibody MacBook, with a 2.4GHz CPU, an LED screen, new NVIDIA graphics (GeForce 320M) and a new AC power adapter, recently advertised by Apple for the MacBook Pro / Air line of computers.

Going by this unboxing video published by Vietnamese forum Tinhte.com (available below), Softpedia concludes that Apple will be introducing the higher specced MacBook quietly, via an update of its online store. Typically, the Cupertino, California based Apple pulls its web store offline on Tuesdays for such minor updates. Since the computer could be obtained in its shipping form, we’re likely to see this happen tomorrow, or Friday, at the latest.

A picture of the actual list of specs (from the computer’s shipping box) has also been posted by the Vietnamese forum. Softpedia has reproduced the list in text below, with the updated specs highlighted in dark red.

- 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor; 3MB shared level 2 cache; - 2GB of 1066 DDR3 SDRAM; - 250GB 5400-rpm hard drive; - 13.3 inch (diagonal) LED backlit glossy widescreen display; 1280 by 800 pixels; - NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics processor with 256MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory; - Built-in iSight video camera; - 8x slot-loading SuperDrive (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW); - Mini DisplayPort; - Two USB 2.0 ports; - Optical digital audio output/analog line out; build in stereo speakers; - Built-in 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet; - Build-in AirPort Extreme wireless networking (802.11n) and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR; - Preinstalled Mac OS X and iLife; - Size and weight: 13.00 by 9.12 by 1.08 inches (33.03 by 23.17 by 2.74 cm); 4.7 pounds (213 kg); - Meets ENERGY STAR requirements.

Softpedia expects the Apple online store to go offline for a brief period of time tomorrow, only to go back online with a listing of the updated MacBook computer. Apple may have more than this single update prepared for its fan base.
