And it’s insanely hot. As promised yesterday, Britney Spears has been working on her second video off the “Femme Fatale” album, for the upbeat club anthem “Till the World Ends.” Check it out below, at the end of the article.

We were also telling you yesterday that Britney and director Ray Kay, accompanied by an army of dancers, went underground for the “Till the World Ends” video.

The result is an insane dance video that could very well be described as a sequel to her equally hot vid for “I’m a Slave 4 U,” which was also set in an apocalyptic world.

It’s December 21, 2012 and the world is coming to an end. It seems that the sun is exploding and there’s debris and burning buildings everywhere, with people running for their life and taking refuge underground.

Here, things are very different. Britney Spears is the ringleader of a troupe of scantily clad and rather dirty dancers, whom she entertains with her latest single.

In all honesty, the apocalypse has never looked hotter than this, in this clearly expensive video.

Towards the middle of the video, it becomes clear that the world is not really coming to an end, as the sun breaks out through the clouds of dust and debris.

The sprinklers in the underground room go on (another thing that’s also in “I’m a Slave 4 U”), but the dancers keep on dancing, as the song says, “till the world ends.”

Recent reports are saying that there will actually be two different videos released for Britney’s second single, as we also noted.

“The shoot went so well, there will actually be TWO videos. The director’s cut will have more of an apocalyptic storyline while the choreography cut will have the unabridged version of Britney’s dance moves,” JustJared reported.

It’s safe to say that this is the director’s cut, since there’s not much of Britney’s dancing in it.

Check out Britney Spears’ video for “Till the World Ends” and, until the other version comes out, enjoy.
