For all limited edition phone lovers, Vertu brings out two special models: Strawberry and Cream Vertu. These are actually versions of the Vertu Ascent model that has also been released in a limited 24k gold model.

These two new models bring few technological updates. They solely rely on their unique design in order to receive the attention of the buyers. The two new launches include one phone with a bright pink color and another with a milder, more discrete cream shade. They both have the texture of a strawberry, which makes them stand out from the ordinary line of phones.

Regarding the technological aspects, these phones, just as the original Vertu Ascent, come equipped with a 2.0 megapixel camera, MP3 player, 3GP video player and memory card slot. Moreover, they have high-performance 20 mm hands-free loudspeakers with Yamaha polyphonic hardware.

It is a line of phones aimed especially at the female target. It could be no other way, as the design is enhanced with special texture and mild, sweet colors, just as those of a strawberry ice cream.

Apart from the special features, these two new phones offer the high quality and the renowned style of Vertu. Just like other models, they come in a stainless steel case that makes them look like precious jewelry. That is not far from being true, considering that the Vertu brand is associated with the word "luxury", as only very rich people can afford to own such a phone.

The Strawberry and Cream Special Edition mobile phones will be available from June in all Vertu stores.
