Galaxy Nexus might indeed land on shelves at Verizon Wireless on December 9th, just as some of the latest leaked documents we’ve seen on the web suggest.

A newly leaked equipment guide screenshot that emerged over at Droid-life pins the phone’s release to the said day, offering further confirmation on the near launch.

Furthermore, it appears that RadioShack too is gearing up for having the new handset available for its customers the same day as Verizon.

A leaked document from the retailer shows that it is getting ready to have it available for purchase this week, and also unveils the price tag for the smartphone, which has been set at $299.99 (223 Euros) on contract ($799.99 - or 595 Euros - contract free).

Enthusiasts will soon be able to get the new Ice Cream Sandwich device on Big Red’s network; yet, it seems that it will not be cheap at all.
