The expansion it reported now is made via the deployment of a new cell site that should improve connectivity and 3G data coverage along Route 8 in Otis and Tolland, and users in surrounding areas will also benefit from the enhancement.

The company's 3G high-speed wireless broadband network can deliver average download speeds of 600 kilobits per second and average upload speeds of 500-800 kbps, Verizon notes.
As for the V CAST: Video and Music and V Cast Music with Rhapsody services, they enable users benefit from full song tracks downloads, from playing cutting-edge 3D games, or from streaming video clips directly on their phones.
