Big red is prepping two tablet models, set to arrive as soon as next month

After finally launching the Nexus 7 (2013) on its network, Verizon was said to be prepping two additional tablet models. After all, variants of the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 and LG G Pad 8.3 both with Verizon LTE in tow have been spotted passing through the FCC, not so long ago.

And according to a Verizon internal leaked document, which fell into the hands of folks over at Android Police, the slates are going to be joining us pretty soon, on March 6 to be more exact.

The memo notes both Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 and LG G Pad 8.3 will arrive on the same day and accessories for both slates should already be available in big red’s stores (their arrival is set for February 25/26).

The LG G Pad 8.3 has been hailed as one of the best 8-inchers on the market today, but one of the things customers complained about was the lack of LTE. Well, this minus point will be resolved starting next month.

Of course, you should be taking this info with a grain of salt, because at this moment there’s no way we could tell for sure if this document is real or not. However, in case the scenario turns out to be true, you should be marking the March 6 date in your calendar.
