Yesterday, South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics officially unveiled its latest Android-based flagship device, namely the LG G2, and Verizon Wireless has already confirmed plans to add it to its offering.

In fact, the wireless operator also published a press photo with the device, which sports Big Red’s logo both on the front and on the back.

"The LG G2 with a 5.2 inch HD display is coming soon to America's largest 4G LTE network," the mobile phone carrier said on Twitter.

Unfortunately, no specific info on when the smartphone becomes available for purchase at the mobile services provider has been released as of now, though chances are that we won’t see it landing on shelves before September arrives, as previous rumors on the matter suggested.

Hopefully, additional details will be unveiled soon, so stay tuned for more on the matter.
