Apparently Verizon plans to release yet another LTE device, the Pantech Breakout, which was leaked for the first time back in July.

Those who hate Pantech phones will probably avoid the Breakout as well, but they should take into consideration the fact that this might be one of the cheapest LTE phones available via Verizon.

Although the phone has yet to be announced, Pantech Breakout's specs sheet has been leaked along with its picture, courtesy to the guys over at AndroidCentral (via tipster).

Surprising or not, the Breakout is powered by Google's Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) platform, along with Pantech's proprietary user interface.

Furthermore, the smartphone is equipped with a single core 1GHz processor from an unknown manufacturer, which puts it in the mid-end category.

The phone features a candybar form factor and offers a virtual QWERTY keyboard, along with Voice to text and Swype, allowing for a smoother and faster messaging experience.

More importantly, the phone comes with Mobile Hotspot capabilities for both 4G LTE and 3G neworks.

However, while the Breakout's Mobile Hotspot function can share the 4G LTE connection with up to 10 devices, the 3G connectivity can only be shared with 5 Wi-Fi enabled devices.

In addition, it support dual cameras, with one 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back and a secondary VGA front facing camera for video calls.

Pantech Breakout packs 512 MB of RAM, 390 MB of internal memory, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

According to the leaked document, the smartphone is delivered with a free 8GB microSD memory card in the sales package.

The handset comes with a large 4-inch capacitive touchscreen display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution.

There is no additional information regarding the phone's exact release date or price options, but rumors suggest that the Pantech Breakout will be announced next month.
