The website of the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Austria was breached by a hacker called SwichSmoke who managed to leak information on their customers and administrators.

Judging by the names of the tables stored in its database, the site, austria.gob.ve, contained information such as videos, signup details, notifications, events, emailing lists and interviews, but the hacker only leaked usernames and passwords.

Close to 200 usernames and clear text passwords were posted in a Pastebin document, leaving all the customers exposed, especially if we consider the fact that many utilize the same username and passwords on all the websites.

Also, to prove his findings, he even posted three screenshots of the website's control panel.

Statistically speaking, the list is filled with passwords such as “Venezuela”, “Caracas”, “Bolivar”, and “Austria” which would be very easy to guess.
