The owner of an Australian ISP learned firsthand how it's like when an unhappy employee wants to get back at you after leaving the company.

The role of the employee is played in this case by 29-year-old Bryce Kingsley Quilley who pleaded guilty to hacking, threatening to damage property and threatening to cause harm, Herald Sun reports.

It turns out that on June 14, 2011, Quilley hacked into his former company’s systems three times and deleted data from their servers. On the same day, he showed up with an axe and threatened to use it against the ISP’s owner.

Finally, he threatened to burn the place to the ground.

This is not the first time we hear today of a combination between the use of brute force and hacking. A man was sentenced to almost 8 years in prison after he broke into office buildings to manually plant malware on computers.
