The printer can reach print speed of 450 mm/s

Fused deposition modeling technology needs a certain balance between how fast the extruder moves and print quality, but some companies have managed to squeeze a bit more speed than others. Dynamo3D is one such company.

Sadly, Dynamo3D (sometimes written in allcaps), the company does not have a supply chain in the United States of America.

However, that does not preclude third-party intermediaries, which Dynamo3D has found in 3D printer retailer DesignBox3D.

From now on, you can place an order for the D3D Evo and have it delivered to you in a matter of days or weeks, depending on where you live.

The Dynamo3D Evo 3D printer

This is one of the fastest 3D printers on the market, capable of reaching a nozzle traveling speed of 700 mm/s, though print speed is limited to 450 mm/s.

Considering that most consumer printers don't make it beyond 100 mm/s, that means that products will be printed very, very quickly.

What would normally take four hours to print will be done in less than one, for example. Advantage made even more obvious when doing a job that would take a week.

D3D Evo employs the 3D RTP v450 chip from Danish 3D printed developer Create It Real, which comes with Real Vision software.

The build plate is self-heating, capable of reaching 160 degrees, while the build volume is of 240 x 240 x 250 mm / 9.44 x 9.44 x 9.84 inches.

On that same note, the layer thickness is of 50 microns at high speeds. Which is actually amazing considering that other printers struggle to maintain it at 50-100 mm/s, and usually make do with 100 microns.

More amazingly, the DYNAMO3D Evo can go to 30 or 20 microns when speed isn't of the essence. Add to that the support for a second extruder and the Remote Diagnostic System and you have a winner.

Availability

DesignBost3D stores should have the Dynamo3D Evo 3D printer up for sale soon, but the price is not known.
