Assassins Creed IV Black Flag and Watch Dogs are among the titles

With AMD's Never Settle free game bundle program so successful, NVIDIA is doing its best to make up for lost time.

So far, it doesn't have as expansive a list of free games as its rival, but it is working on it.

In fact, the Santa Clara, California-based company has made an agreement with Ubisoft to that effect.

The latter's most highly anticipated titles, like Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist, Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag and Watch Dogs, will be part of the initiative.

Which and how many of the games ship for free with each card will depend on the video boards themselves.

Stronger models will have more or all of the titles, while others will only get one.

It doesn't hurt that NVIDIA is working closely with Ubisoft to help the games use the special technologies on its adapters, like Nvidia TXAA antialiasing, HBAO+ (horizon-based ambient occlusion), soft shadows, and advanced DirectX 11 tessellation.
