UK has a new number one game, according to the all formats chart data released by the ELSPA that describes what title sold best in the last week. Crackdown 2 is the new leader of the pack in the United Kingdom. The latest Xbox 360 exclusive has had a really successful launch, despite the tepid reviews that criticized it mainly for the lack of variety in gameplay.

Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4 is still doing quite well, falling down only the one place to number two. Red Dead Redemption will not leave the top three, securing its third spot behind Lego Harry Potter. This is the third week in a row in the top five for Rockstar's latest epic, after staying five weeks at the top spot of the chart. Ubisoft latest dance title, Dance on Broadway, is quite successful now in the UK climbing up two places to number four.

The exciting final stages of the World Cup kept EA Sports' 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa on the fifth spot, probably the most successful sports release of the summer. Super Mario Galaxy 2 falls even further to number six, no longer trailing close behind Red Dead Redemption. Golfing doesn't seem to be so popular in Europe, as Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 goes down three spots to number seven. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 still hangs on in the top, maintaining its position on the eighth place in the charts.

The most spectacular downfall of the week goes to both Naughty Bear and Transformers: War for Cybertron, who fell down eight spot each to number 17 and 19, respectively. Blur prepares to exit the top 20 of the chart, as it has fallen another three places since last week, landing on number 20. It is quite possible to see most of this chart unchanged next week, as the only relevant retail release in the UK is Toy Story 3: The Video Game.
