14 DAY TRIAL // U.S. Cellular, one of the six largest wireless carriers in the United States, recently announced the release of a new navigation service, called Your Navigator Deluxe, which is powered by TeleNav. According to the company, the new Your Navigator Deluxe service comes with voice-guided, turn-by-turn 3D GPS navigation features, complemented by speech recognition, weather updates, real-time traffic alerts with one-touch rerouting, comprehensive business listings, and more.
According to the wireless carrier, all the features packed inside Your Navigator Deluxe, should offer customers a helpful hand when it comes to avoiding traffic congestions, to finding the best restaurants in town or to searching for the cheapest gas prices to save money. Additionally, the company notes that the service is available immediately, and that it is included in the new U.S. Cellular Smartphone data plans.

Among the features that are available for US Cellular users via the new service, one that might prove very useful at all times would be speech recognition for both address entry and business search. All that users need to do is to press one button and say the name of a business or an address, and the solution would provide the necessary directions.
The new Your Navigator Deluxe navigation service is available for U.S. Cellular customers who own one of the following devices: Samsung Acclaim, HTC Touch, HTC Touch Pro, HTC Touch Pro 2, HTC Snap, BlackBerry Tour 9630, BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230, BlackBerry Curve 8530 and Samsung i225. Additionally, the application includes more than 12 million businesses and services, including listings of restaurants, hotels, shopping malls and movie theaters - providing users access to restaurant ratings and reviews, as well as phone numbers for business listings so that customers can easily search and use services closest to them,” the carrier concluded.
