Ranked the best wireless carrier in the U.S. by Consumer Reports, U.S. Cellular has just announced that it has started one of the biggest promotions for Valentine's Day. Starting this week the carrier is offering a buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO) sale on all of its Android-powered devices, including the Samsung Galaxy Tab and the Samsung Mesmerize

Rated number one above all other smartphones on the market by the same Consumer Reports, the Mesmerize makes the perfect team with the number one carrier in the U.S.

Customers can get the Mesmerize for just $149.99 and get another one free after an $80 mail-in rebate.

The Galaxy Tab can also be purchased from U.S. Cellular during the promotion for $399.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate and customers will get a second Galaxy Tab for free, but they need to sign up for the $54.99 Belief Plan on both devices.

This plan comes with 5GB of network data usage for each tablet and the ability to turn it into a mobile hotspot for other Wi-Fi devices.

Other offers include buy-one-get-one-free deals on other Android-powered phones like the HTC Desire for $99.99, LG Optimus U for $29.99 and both the LG Apex and Samsung Acclaim for $49.99, all after $80 mail-in rebates.

“Our quality, high-speed nationwide network keeps our customers connected to the people and information that matter most to them,” said Edward Perez, vice president of marketing and sales operations for U.S. Cellular.

“Our customers deserve a great wireless experience, so they can enjoy their cutting-edge devices that make their lives easier and more organized,” added Perez.

In addition, U.S. Cellular throws in a $100 Smartphone Activation Credit per line for new and existing customers who add smartphone lines to their Belief Plans. Also, the carrier is offering all of its messaging phones for free after a $50 mail-in rebate, including the Samsung Messager Touch, Motorola GRASP and Samsung Profile.

The carrier's Valentine's Day BOGO promotion will end on February 17.
