All-in-One personal computers are something that Micro-Star International seems to launch every other week, or at least once a month, so here is the latest pair to grace our sight: the AG220 and AG240.

The names of the products don't really hint at what they can do, and while their black and red frames are unusual enough, they aren't exactly the sort of things that will give you an epiphany.

So we'll have to go ahead and list all the things that MSI hopes will draw people near its latest pair of computers.

For one thing, the newcomers both possess the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M discrete graphics card, made for gaming. It is a 2 GB GDDR5 card with full DirectX 11 support.

8 GB of DDR3 1600 MHz RAM (random access memory) are found inside as well, though it's possible to opt for up to 16 GB if you have the money and inclination for it.

Another asset is the Killer game networking accelerator, which will prioritize games when dividing Internet bandwidth.

A third advantage over other AiOs is the pair made by the Anti-Flicker and Less Blue Light technologies, which will reduce eye strain.

It's the sort of thing you'd expect from a gaming monitor, so MSI included them here, since this is supposed to be a gaming-capable all-in-one.

Besides, even if you decide you won't be playing games for a while, the technologies will make it easier to sit in front of the screen in case you need to spend a couple of nights working on a project or catching up on work. Maybe you suddenly want to write a book, for example.

Moving on, the speakers (made by Yamaha) have Headset Master technology, allowing owners to easily switch from headset to speaker audio input. They will surely leverage the Creative Sound Blaster audio solution better than regular speakers.

As for storage, MSI included the Plextor True Speed technology (optional, for stable long-term read/write performance for SSDs) and Super RAID 2 support, allowing up to three mSATA SSDs to enter RAID 0 mode (1500 MB/s read speed).

Finally, the screens of the MSI 21.5-inch AG220 and 23.6-inch AG240 AiO PCs are full HD LCDs (1920 x 1080 pixels) with multitouch input and LED backlighting.

MSI will ship the newcomers (both powered by Intel Haswell CPUs) soon, if it doesn't already, at unspecified prices. All standard connectivity and I/O capabilities are part of the spec sheet.
