Local residents were amazed to see a two-headed black and white calf being born in the village of Sefrou in Morocco.

The special animal was born on December 30, just hours before the New Year and farmers gave her the name “Sana Saida” which means Happy New Year in Arabic. Visitors from all over the country flocked in the small village to see the little two-headed animal.

Sana appears to have been born with a disorder called polycephaly, which mean she has more than one head. Although these kinds of complications are rare, they are not uncommon and are mostly encountered in turtles or snakes, notes The Independent.

Hopefully, little Sana will grow up to be a healthy animal, even if in these particular cases the animal doesn't make it past a young age because of multiple complications that can appear due to the abnormality.
