The “turn your iPod nano into a watch” trend is far from over, the latest accessory manufacturer to come up with a product delivering this functionality being iWatchz, who's just released the nanoclipz patented watch integration system, embedded in their Q Collection of accessories for the aforementioned Apple products. As you'll certainly remember, this is not the first product capable of turning the new iPod nano into watch that we've covered, but it really seems that the manufacturers of various accessories for Apple products really have a penchant for taking after one another (just look at the huger number of iPad cases coming with Bluetooth keyboards that have literally invaded the market these days). Anyway, going back to the accessories in question, iWatchz mentioned that their Q Collection features stylish silicone bands in a choice of eight colours (black, red, white, grey, pink, blue, green and orange) along with the company's patented nanoclipz system to secure the iPod nano in place. "When we developed the nanoclipz system we had several goals in mind. The product had to be stylish, simple to use, affordable, and had to ensure the iPod nano would remain secure while still giving the user access to all the functionality of the device (earphone jack, buttons, and charge/sync port)," said iWatchz' president. "We are very excited to bring this product to market in time for the holiday season and are well prepared to ensure users can get their hands on our product immediately," the company's to rep concluded. Pricing for the iWatchz Q Collection featuring the nanoclipz technology has been set at $24.95 USD a pop, which is relatively affordable, as far as iPod nano accessories go, of course, and if you plan to get this thing, you'll be able to find it either in 250 Apple stores nationwide or on the company's website.
