However, it appears that the gaming trend in the notebooks manufacturing segment is going down the drain and it has been already replaced with the so trendy broadcast TV.

Moreover the manufacturers decided to launch notebooks dedicated to TV maniacs desire nothing else than a perfect HD image. Consequently, the first one is BenQ's brand-new Joybook P52, which comes with built-in digital TV and sports a SRS 360 degree TruSurround Technology, 16ms response time, and a card-size remote control.

But the new trend established also a fresh design, so the Joybook P52 couldn't come but in a stylish manner, featuring a minimalist, elegant design and extraordinary Obsidian cover, ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 top-end graphic chipset and hi-definition transfer with DVI-D digital I/O ports.

"By plugging in the miniature digital antenna and then connecting the TV to the QMedia Center, its instant media player program, you can watch digital TV broadcasting anywhere with the built-in digital TV (DVB-T) module. The instant recording functions allows easy searching of TV programs, while the exclusive time-shift settings enables you to save programs to a temporary location where they can be replayed," said the company.
