Unfortunately, it will probably not work, if this video uploaded by user hottestviral is any indication. A group of hopeless guys decided not to call in a team of professionals, but to use a car to get the whole thing out.
As you can observe, the tree is many times the size of their car. They try this stunt four times, yet they don't give up. Even when the car is airlifted, they still think they have a shot and keep going.
At one point, a member of the group thinks that they're almost there, but, of course, he is wrong. The clip ends when the chain breaks, which I guess would make them realize what the problem with their plan is – they have chosen the wrong type of chain.
