James Bond fans, rejoice. 2012 will not only be the year of a new installment in the time-enduring franchise, but also its 50th anniversary. To celebrate, MGM and Fox have the perfect Blu-Ray set.

Announced at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2012, the set will include all 22 films in the franchise from “Dr. No” to “Quantum of Solace,” minus “Casino Royale ’67” and “Never Say Never Again.”

A first trailer for the special offer has been released and, trust us, it could get even non-fans digging into their pockets for money to buy it.

Boasting the inclusion of nine installments that have never before been available in HD, over 130 hours of extra content and countless other bonuses, the box set will go on sale later this year.

Pricing for it has not been announced, but will probably be around $240 (€188.7).
