Tracy Anderson has worked with countless celebrities, helping them get in the best shape before and after pregnancy. She’s now working with Kim Kardashian and, as it so happens, also has a new routine out.

Anderson’s new workout DVD is called The Pregnancy Project and was shot when she was pregnant. As you might have guessed, it aims to help new mommies bounce back to pre-pregnancy weight.

As she explains in the video below, an interview with Good Morning America, the secret to losing the baby weight is to work out throughout the pregnancy as well.

Tracy’s newest client is reality star Kim Kardashian, who recently announced she was expecting her first child with rapper Kanye West.

“Everybody’s going to be watching her right after the pregnancy. She’ll be back,” Tracy promises, showcasing on the show some of the moves Kim is doing right now to stay in shape.

Indeed, since she broke the pregnancy news, Kim has been photographed daily heading into the gym, so we’re to take Tracy on her word when she says the bootylicious reality star will look even better after she gives birth.

In fact, she says, any woman can do the same, if only she makes sure she works out during the pregnancy as well.

“There’s a hormone that’s in our bodies to help our hips and everything change shape. We can keep things awake and alert and connected. That’s what the pregnant project is all about. That stays in our bodies. We can use that to our advantage to get our bodies back if we keep things awake,” Anderson explains.

“It’s good for your body to train all the time, it keeps you young. Who wants to get old? That is part of my inspiration and it is going to end up helping so many other people,” she adds.
