When it first announced the AT200 tablet at the IFA 2011 fair, Toshiba has refrained itself from providing any information regarding the price or the availability of its creation, but an Austrian retailer has recently listed the tablet on its Website giving us an idea about what the retail price may be.

We had the chance of going hands-on with the tablet at IFA, in Berlin, and we were impressed with just how small this thing actually is, since the 7.7mm depth makes it 1.1mm thinner than Apple's iPad 2.

Despite its low profile, the AT200 isn't just a pretty face to look at as it boasts some pretty powerful hardware, starting with the TI OMAP 4430 Cortex A9 dual-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz which is paired with 1GB of system memory.

Thanks to this configuration, and also to the Android Honeycomb 3.2 operating system installed, the AT200 seems to deliver some impressive performance, at least as far as UI responsiveness is concerned.

In addition to the above mentioned specs, the fast TI OMAP system-on-a-chip can be paired together with SSDs providing up to 64GB of storage space, and the tablet also packs a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels.

The rest of the Toshiba AT200 specifications list includes a 5MP rear facing camera, a 2MP font facing snapper, Micro HDMI, Micro USB, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, while the built-in battery can provide power for an estimated 8 hours.

As mentioned above, the tablet has already been listed in Austria, on T-Mobile's website, which has revealed the pricing for both the 16GB and the 32GB versions of the Toshiba AT200.

According to this website, the 16GB model will retail for 479 Euro ($649 US), while its older brother should be priced at 584 Euro ($792 US). No details regarding the availability of the AT200 were made public. (via Notebook Italia)
