At least, this is the current “ideal” time frame, so nothing is certain

Toshiba's Thrive 10-inch tablet may not yet be running Android 4.0, but it is only a matter of time before it gets its OTA update.

Just how much time is still a matter of debate, though, even if the company did Tweet something akin to an ETA.

Toshiba hopes to start rolling out the over-the-air update to Ice Cream Sandwich by the end of spring.

That would mean the end of May, or thereabouts, so hopefuls will have to hold out for a while yet.

Many people who own the product have a major gripe, namely lack of support for Google+. Like them, we hope this downside is eliminated.

Unfortunately, even if the target is spring's end, something could still happen that would further delay the arrival of Android 4.0. Keep your fingers crossed.
