Consumers looking to purchase a new laptop should know that Toshiba has just updated its mainstream laptop line. Toshiba unveiled something for everyone, from consumers looking to acquire budget offerings to passionate gamers alike.

Let's start off with the wallet-friendly Satellite C series. Even with an affordable price tag, shoppers can enjoy the same Skyline design spotted for Toshiba's high-end laptops. There are two models in the line – the 15.6-inch and 17.3-inch.

Even if they start at $359.99 / €267, these laptops can be configured to support the latest line of 4th-generation Intel Core processor, the Pentium 2020M processor or the Accelerated Processing Units from ADM. Both models feature touch-enabled displays with edge-to-edge glass.

Moving on to the Satellite L Series, which is basically a line of day-to-day portable computers with a thin figure. Again users can customize their choice by adding either Intel's 4th-generation core processors or the ADM Accelerated Processing Unit.

The two models in the series offer either a 15.6-inch HD touch display or an HD+ 17.3-inch one. Up to 1TB of memory can be added and 8GB of DDR3 memory. Satellite L models price start at $529.99 / €393.

The Satellite S Series is Toshiba's premium line, which offers performance and power needed for both work and play. Customers will be able to choose between a 4th-generation Intel Core i5 or Core i7 processors, with Nvidia discrete graphics or quad-core AMD A10 Accelerated Processing Unit.

The S Series is made up of a 15.6-inch Full HD device and a 17.3-inch HD+ with optional touchscreen capabilities. Price starts at $599.99 / €445.

The Satellite P Series comes with a slim Ultrabook look and is targeted at people who love multimedia. The P line packs some serious premium features like a full-touch HD 15.6-inch display, Harman Kardon speakers with Slipstream technology. A LED backlit keyboard is also provided. The P line price starts at $799 / €594.

Last but not least comes the boldest line Toshiba has to offer, the Qosmio X Series. This line brings increased multi-tasking performance and an ecosystem perfect for gaming. The laptop packs impressive features like the Intel Core i7 under the hood, Nvidia GeForce GTX 770M discrete graphics coupled with Optimus technology.

The device ships with Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 and Adobe Premiere Elements 11 out of the box for creative professionals using this machine to birth their ideas. For $1,399 / €1038 a pop, the Qosmio X Series comes with $50 / €37 credit to purchase the Hawken game.

All these lines will become available for purchase starting September 29 from Toshiba's official layer and other major retailers.
