The fact that Tori Spelling has been spotted around town with her wedding ring on her finger, months after her husband Dean McDermott was accused of cheating, means that the actress is ready to move on past the scandal and possibly take her husband back, despite the indiscretions.

Us Weekly has spotted Spelling on an outing with a friend, and the photo could serve as irrefutable proof that Tori is looking to put the past behind her and forgive the trespasses of husband Dean McDermott.

The photo was taken on Thursday, March 27, in Sherman Oaks, California, and a grave-looking Tori can be seen stepping out from her lunch with friend Mehran Farhat, with the wedding ring confidently sitting on her finger.

Those of you that aren't up to speed with the entire story should be informed that, for the last couple of months, Tori's life hasn't been the easiest. There have been rampant rumors about her marriage, as fans and publications from the celebrity media have speculated whether or not she'll file for divorce. McDermott was caught cheating with a woman named Emily Goodhand on December 6, 2013.

A short time after the news made headlines, McDermott conveniently entered rehab to “address some health and personal issues.” He has since left the facility but has been spotted only once since the announcement at the couple's LA home.

As all this is going on, Tori has also to face rumors about her precarious financial status, which has been connected with her willingness to continue her broken marriage. Reports said that she was actually too broke to file for divorce and was afraid that she would have to give money to McDermott in the event of a legal separation.

All of the speculation is generated by the fact that Spelling has been keeping a tight lid on things. Reports from sources close to the actress and reality star have said that she is currently “waffling” over the situation, meaning that she hasn't reached a conclusion just yet.

“Even if they reconcile, it's going to be hard to trust him. Tori doesn't want her kids to grow up without their dad in the house,” claims the same source.

At the moment, there are some things that can take Tori's mind off this weird and awkward situation with her husband. One of those things is the new series she has just signed to do with “Beverly Hills 90210” co-star Jennie Garth.

The show was picked up by ABC Family and is going to be a comedy entitled “Mystery Girls.”
