Tori Spelling is facing the biggest dilemma of her life: she knows husband of 7 years Dean McDermott has been cheating on her because he got busted while so doing, she wants out of the marriage, but she can’t divorce him. This is the story in the latest print issue of Star magazine (story via CB).

Officially, all that is known of Tori and Dean’s marriage is that he cheated on her and that he’s in rehab in a bid to become the man his family deserves, as per the statement released after he checked himself into one such facility.

Unofficially, these past couple of months, since she found out the extent of his cheating ways, Tori has been in hell. Even with the rehab stint, she feels she would never be able to trust him again, so she wants a divorce; but she can’t get it because they didn’t sign a prenup and she fears he might take her to the cleaners.

Star takes all this and runs with it. According to insiders, Tori has hit rock bottom and is on the verge of breaking down completely. She is in the impossible situation of wanting out of the marriage but being trapped in it, while Dean is still living the high life, precisely because he knows this.

Moreover, says one tipster, a very proud Dean has been boasting to friends that he’ll “never stop cheating!,” precisely because he knows Tori would never have the guts to risk filing for divorce and losing a big chunk of her heard-earned money.

Still, he agreed to check himself into rehab because he wanted to keep up appearances, even if Tori wasn’t fooled. Since the former “Beverly Hills 90210” star is the sole breadwinner in the family, Dean depends on her financially almost to the extent their 4 children do.

So, even things are very bad, Tori and Dean are back together, an insider explains.

“Even though she hated herself for it, Tori finally capitulated and slowly began allowing Dean back into the family. Tori wanted to be strong. She recognized that the relationship was dysfunctional; she had gotten used to living with a man who cheated for years, took her money and was verbally abusive. But she just couldn’t leave him,” the source explains.

However, she feels “burned” and all out of love right now, adds another tipster. “It will take a long time for her to trust Dean again. She’s lost a tremendous amount of respect for him. And right now, that loving feeling is totally gone,” the spy adds.
