14 DAY TRIAL // Though Tori Spelling has indirectly denied all the rumors that her 7-year marriage with Dean McDermott was in trouble because she caught him cheating on her with a random woman last month, they’re still around and hotter than ever. In fact, new reports allege that Tori has known about his infidelities “for years.”
Tori and Dean’s marriage has often been plagued by divorce rumors but never before as many as now. It all started late last month, when a Canadian woman went to the press to say that she and Dean had a 2-night affair when he was in Toronto with business.
She also claimed he told her he and Tori were no longer sleeping together.
According to insiders cited by the latest print issue of Star magazine (story via CB), that’s because Tori has been ignoring Dean’s affairs for a very long time, deceiving herself that he’s an addict and that’s why he can’t stop having relations outside the marriage.
She’s denying the truth even though it’s staring her in the face because she didn’t sign a prenup before getting married and, though she tells everyone she’s broke, she’s far from it and she’d have to split the money in half with Dean in case they got a divorce.
“I think Tori has known about Dean’s cheating for years. He has two girls he regularly sees, and Tori knows about it. She keeps threatening to kick him out but then never follows through. She loves him,” says a spy, adding that she’s been trying to get Dean to rehab but, so far, to no use.
“Tori feels completely hopeless and at a loss as to how to handle Dean’s marital indiscretions. And the truth is, she doesn’t have a clue how many other women are out there. She is worried they might start coming out of the woodwork,” adds another source.
“She’s frantic to keep details of Dean’s other escapades under wraps. It’s all about business. […] So she is pretending everything’s fine,” the insider continues.
Unlike the previous occasions when divorce rumors made it online, this time, neither Tori nor Dean has said anything about the recent allegations, but Tori did post a family photo on her blog, gushing about how happy they were and looking forward for one more year of the same kind of bliss.
