Video game developers at Ubisoft Massive, Ubisoft Reflections, Red Storm Entertainment and Ubisoft Annecy, in collaboration with Ubisoft, are announcing that they are now ready to reveal that the Tom Clancy's The Division experience will be launched on March 8 of next year on the PC, the PlayStation 4 from Sony and the Xbox One from Microsoft.

The company is also aiming to deliver full beta periods for the MMO and shooter combination early in 2016, with gamers able to take part in order to experience the core mechanics and to deliver feedback that will improve it before it is launched.

Tom Clancy's The Division is now available for pre-order, and all those who want to test the title will have to pay for it before it is officially in stores.

During the Ubisoft E3 2015 presentation, the company showed fans a new Dark Zone gameplay sequence, which allows teams of players to explore an area where it's hard to know who is a friend and who is an enemy.

Gamers will be able to take out enemy teams in order to gain access to rewards, but a group can quickly dissolve as members are trying to get access to more loot than their colleagues.

The team wants to create dilemmas for Tom Clancy's The Division players

Fredrik Rundqvist, an executive producer working on the title, states, "A blackout was the nail in the coffin that forced the military to abandon the area. They dropped everything they had and headed for the gates, most of them barely making it out at all. Left behind were not just the supplies, medicine and weapons, but also tens of thousands of sick, dying and dead."

The concept of the Dark Zone for the shooter is interesting and needs to be carefully balanced in order to make sure that players actually explore their options rather than always trying to get access to more loot at the expense of their friends.

Tom Clancy's The Division has been in development for a long time and it was repeatedly delayed in order to give the involved teams the time they needed to deliver a quality experience.
