Only last year, Susanna Barrett, young Isabella’s mother, was telling the press that, even though she initially agreed to have her daughter on the TLC reality show “Toddlers & Tiaras,” she’d come to believe that the series was “wrong.” Her 6-year-old daughter is now a millionaire thanks to it.

After the exposure she got on the show, Isabella went on pursuing a career in kiddie pageants, while also launching her own line, the Glitzy Girl collection, which includes everything from charm bracelets to hoodies and lip-glosses.

Speaking with InTouch magazine some time ago from her office, the 6-year-old and her mom, who co-owns the venture and advises her on everything, say business is “a lot of fun.”

“She picks out the designs for our charm bracelets, and she’s tried on every color in our lip-gloss line. She is the guide for what’s cool!” Susanna chimes in.

Before you think that Susanna is actually the one who calls all the shots, think again. In a separate interview cited by the Daily Mail, the mother insists she’s not “pushy” at all, and that every business move they make comes with approval from the 6-year-old boss.

“I am not a pushy parent, I just help Isabella achieve her dreams. If she told me tomorrow she didn’t want to do it any of it any more, then that would be fine,” she says.

Moreover, Susanna is adamant that Isabella won’t grow up to be spoiled or have public meltdowns like Britney Spears or other teen stars.

Ironically enough, she says that while talking about their lavish lifestyle and how Isabella once ordered $2,000 (€1,529) worth of food at one of the five-star hotels they were staying at.

She says that’s just a reward for all the hard work Isabella puts in and the money she, the mother, invests in her to make sure she wins whatever pageant she enlists in.

A complete outfit can cost up to $10,000 (€7,648), Susanna explains, and that’s before all other costs like hair, spray tan, teeth, and manicure.

As for Isabella, she’s having a blast and, really, who could blame her.

“What’s not to like about being a millionaire? I’m a superstar, I have my own jewelry line and I just love being the boss. I never lose at anything and almost every pageant I enter, I win. But what I love more than anything is shoes. I have over 60 pairs,” she says.
