People who were hyped when seeing the "Life is better with a titan" commercial can rest assured, it was not just a marketing stunt. Everyone will be able to buy their own mech, albeit a scaled down version of it that's made from plastic and will require a bit of assembling in order to properly function.

The K'Nex Titanfall line is due out this fall in the US, with six planned sets including various environment pieces as well as the iconic robots, ranging in price from $13 / €10 to $100 / €72.

In case you're wondering what would 100 buckaroos get you, the answer is simple but not so plain – the Titanfall: Ultimate Angel City Campaign Building Set, including a massive 1200 pieces with which to assemble two of the titans seen in Respawn Entertainment's multiplayer shooter.

The set will allow you to create two 12-inch high titans along with six other figures, Pilots and Spectres, as well as an assortment of both "working weapons" and stationary turrets.

Apart from the mega building set that will surely become some happy dad's trophy, the other options include the Militia Ogre Titan set and IMC Atlas Titan set, with each going for $35, including 160 pieces each with which to build the respective mechs plus a Pilot that can be inserted within, with the other sets focusing on buildings and other environmental pieces.

The Angel City Escape Building Set will deliver 500+ K'Nex pieces and 4 figures, two Pilots and two Spectres, allowing Titanfall fans to construct the futuristic urban city featured inside the game.

The Titanfall: IMC Pilot Strike Building Set will allow purchasers to grow their army, with 80 K'Nex pieces to create a building for the included Pilot and to battle the Spectre in one-on-one combat.

The Militia Pilot Attack Building Set will offer the same one-on-one combat vs. Spectre scenario, complete with 80 K'Nex pieces that allow buyers to build a small structure for the pilot to battle through, just as in the Titanfall video game.

Battling titans in the ruined terrain of the futuristic Angel City on a tabletop will surely infiltrate the hobbies of many gamers, and will definitely prove to be a nice backup to fall on if the servers start acting up again, though hopefully such technical difficulties won't be an issue by the time the toy line hits stores.

Fans will be able to express their love of Titanfall and K'Nex sometime during fall 2014.
