That Stacy Keibler has the body most would die for is no longer a secret, but her revelation that she takes all her confidence from within and not from her smashing appearance, will probably come as a surprise.

The former pro wrestler and Dancing With the Stars contestant is featured in the latest issue of Self magazine, where she dished out hot tips on how to get a body like hers.

Speaking from experience, Stacy says there's no better way to have confidence in yourself than by leading the life that you deserve, one that also considers the needs of your body.

Working out is not necessarily a means to lose weight and stay fit, but rather the perfect method to take care of yourself, be healthy and booming with energy.

“Confidence comes from within and as long as you are putting forth a respectable effort to take good care of yourself, you should feel confident about that path,” the stunning 32-year-old blonde says.

Taking the reins in your hand and deciding to change your life for the better is doable and, most importantly, many times more rewarding that one can imagine.

“Just be sure to set realistic goals for yourself and design a plan that works for you. Also, remember that everyone gets there at their own pace and there’s no losing when you take charge,” Stacy explains.

Because she'd gladly help anyone who'd think of taking charge, Keibler reveals some of her favorite exercises, together with a few tips she always bears in mind when she hits the gym.

Number one would be to never stop pushing yourself. “To see changes, you have to push yourself a little farther than you think you can go,” she explains.

The second tip is to embrace whatever pain comes with the exercise. If it hurts, then it means it will have results because nothing is achieved without pain.

“Your body begins to change when it burns and shakes... so when an exercise is challenging, I always think 'feel your body changing',” she says.

“If you do something that is a little harder, then mix in another exercise that has a more enjoyable element to it,” Stacy adds.
