Leading mobile game publisher Gameloft UK has just announced plans to offer three HD games for free this weekend for the owners of devices powered by Google’s Android operating system.

The company already offers a wide selection of HD titles for Android users and will select three of them to offer for free during the following three days, one for each of them.

However, users should keep in mind that these games will be free only for two hours a day and that they will need to download them through the company’s own mobile store.

“If you own an Android HD device then the Easter Bunny has something very special in store for you,” the mobile game publisher notes.

“As we’re good friends with the little rascal he has convinced us to make one Android HD game FREE each day for two hours between 10AM and 6PM on Saturday 7th, Sunday 8th & Monday 9th April on our mobile store!”

The company promises great quality for these titles and notes that they will be action games meant to impress users.

“The games which we’ll be making free are some of our top quality titles (and we’ll give you a hint – guns & super heroes!), so this really is going to be an unbelievable steal! Easter’s never going to have felt so good,” Gameloft notes.

Users interested in getting these games for free will have to keep an eye on the Gameloft Facebook & Gameloft UK Twitter pages. Gameloft will make an official announcement on the availability of each said title through these social networking destinations.

Basically, users will have to check Gameloft Facebook & Gameloft UK Twitter pages between 10AM and 6PM each day this weekend, so as to make sure they don’t miss the offering.

“This promotion is only open to UK residents, and the free games will only be available on the Gameloft mobile store. Unfortunately some games may not be compatible with all Android HD devices, but we hope to have everyone covered with at least one game during the weekend,” the company concludes.
