If you don't have a better plan for this week end, maybe you should consider attending at a Planet Party. There is no invitation needed, you just need to take a look at the sky.

Form tonight continuing throughout the weekend Mercury, Venus and Saturn will appear side by side in what will be one of the highlights of the celestial calendar. Venus is the brightest of the trio, with tiny Mercury on the lower right and bright Saturn on the upper left.

The show will begin on Saturday evening, June 25th and it gets better on Sunday evening, June 26th. But the most breathtaking view will be Monday evening, when Venus and Mercury will converge and Saturn will be very close. Actually, on Monday Mercury and Venus will separated by only one tenth of a degree, the closest they'll be for 65 years

The trio was last in a similar formation on the mornings of February 22, 1845, and April 7, 1848.

Around July 15, Mercury and Venus would have moved nearly five degrees away from each other. Mercury would have begun its journey to the west then, as Venus continues to climb up the western sky.
