The radio retails online for quite an affordable price tag

I didn't think it would be possible to bring three heavy names together and get this! By this I mean a cool Marshall Amp step-brother digital radio. The three big fish in the industry that teamed up are Marshall, Pure and Evoke.

It's useless to say the device looks simply irresistible, packed in its glossy back vinyl, complimented with a solid carefully crafted wood construction. The control panel was ingeniously given a nice brass effect, while the speaker grill is 100% black.

To make it a little bit fashionable - mostly for commercial reasons, I guess - the manufacturers integrated a red on black display, with a couple of adjustable brightness and volume features.

And when it comes to its sound performances, the radio's volume dial goes up to 11. As for its radio capabilities, it can deliver up to 55 DAB stations. Among them, there are also some exclusively digital ones. It is capable of storing only six preset stations, but the fancy scrolling text display option should compensate that. Moreover, it supports auto-tune and comes with an alarm set feature. With a little luck, you'll be able to wake up on Howard Stern's sexy voice.

But, besides listening to the integrated speakers, it also allows boosting their effect a bit, allowing the user to plug in another speaker. They say the radio is also USB compliant, meaning you can download free updates, straight from your computer.

And since the size always matters when purchasing portable electronic devices, the Pure 1xt Marshall Edition DAB digital radio sports a convenient 22 x 15 x 9cm size. Wondering about the price tag and availability details? Well, you can check on it online on iwantoneofthose, where it retails for about 180 bucks a pop!

Hopefully, there will be some other great brands in the industry to make such cool things!
