Acer didn't reveal much about the DA241HL, but it did say its name and screen size, as well as, most importantly, the OS.

That's right, this isn't one of those good old Windows-loaded computers.

Instead, the Acer DA241HL runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

It's enough to qualify the AiO as an oversized tablet really. The 24-inch LCD (1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution) is even covered by a multitouch screen. Probably with 10-finger tracking and gesture recognition.

HDMI and USB connectors are included, along with MHL (mobile high-definition link), for wireless streaming of content from smartphones and tablets.

Sales will begin in the middle of October, for the price of $566 / €429. Assuming exchange rates hold up anyway. If they don't, the EU tag will probably be closer to €566.
