Mariah Carey is now 70 pounds (31.7kg) lighter than she was after giving birth to twins Monroe and Moroccan. She couldn't have done this without some help from Jenny Craig and she's making sure the entire world knows it.

As we also informed you the other day, Mariah is now a spokesperson for the weight loss program, now known solely as Jenny.

She debuted her new figure on The Rosie Show with Rosie O'Donnell on OWN and, since then, she's already appeared on one magazine cover.

Mariah, as the photo attached to this article will confirm, is featured on the cover of Us Weekly, dressed in a pair of short shorts and midriff-baring top.

There's also a “before” photo, just in case anyone was still wondering about how she looked after the twins were born.

Inside the pages of the magazine, Mariah is shown at home with Roc and Roe and Nick, but also working out with her personal trainer, as these scans will confirm.

She says it's “so boring” being just on the treadmill, so she's happy she was approached by the people at Jenny with an idea for sustainable and healthy weight loss.

“Good thing Jenny-Set-Go – the four-week program she used to jump-start her fitness goals – mixes cardio, resistance training and body-weight exercises. Carey works out for 45 minutes five to six times a week,” the magazine writes.

Her workouts are as varied as they are frequent, we learn.

“Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Carey alternates walking with intervals of 30 crunches, 15 pushups and triceps dips, then 15 lunges on each leg and 30 squats. The final move: two sets of bicycle-kick crunches for 30 seconds,” Us writes.

“Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, she does an aquatic workout or walks with five-minute intervals of jogging – then rests on Sunday,” the magazine further reports.

Mariah Carey believes her workout routine would have paid off with any other diet, but she personally prefers Jenny.

As if the magazine feature weren't enough to convince the world that the diva is back in shape, below is her first ad for the weight loss program: it shows Mariah ripping fabric and unzipping zippers to unveil her new body.
