Coming next in the line of massively oversized CPU coolers is a certain product from Thermaltake which, instead of getting a press release, was unveiled by its maker through a video meant to solely convey its might and stir hype.

Thermaltake is known worldwide as a company that knows what it's doing when it comes to making PC cases and cooling solutions.

Granted, the fact that it managed to stay in the game for so long is already enough of a reason to assume something like this.

Either way, it appears that, this once, the outfit tried to see what happened if it introduced its latest CPU cooler in a less than conventional way, though not an altogether new way.

Basically, instead of issuing a press release conveying the assets of the product, Thermaltake created a video that was not long age posted on YouTube.

The cooler in question is dubbed Frio OCK, where OCK stands for OverClocker Kings, obviously being meant for enthusiasts.

Granted, since it is a relatively short video, made to resemble a trailer of sorts, it is bereft of all but the most meager of information.

The only things mentioned are the dual tower design, the six 6mm copper heatpipes and the pair of fans.

Said fans have a diameter of 130mm and, naturally, are placed on the either side of the massive beast that one needs both hands to properly hold.

A last detail included in the 'trailer' was the ability to dissipate up to 240W.

All in all, Thermaltake's Frio OCK should definitely have what it takes to chill even overclocked CPUs, the same way it froze the surface of the planet in the video itself.

No price was mentioned, but the official release should occur in February, at which point this final detail should also be made public.
